IF YOU TRY TO HAVE A LOUD PARTY YOU WILL BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY AND CHARGED $50 FOR EACH GUEST THAT ENTERED THE PROPERTY THAT WAS NOT LISTED. YOUR RESERVATION MAY ALSO BE CANCELED WITH OUT REFUND!
QUIET HOURS ARE AFTER 10PM.
PLEASE TRY TO REFRAIN FROM BEING ON THE BALCONIES MAKING ALLOT OF NOISE AFTER 10PM.
NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS WILL BE ALLOWED OTHER THAN THE GUESTS LISTED AND REGISTERED ON THE RESERVATION. ANY ADDITIONAL OVERNIGHT GUESTS OCCUPYING THE PROPERTY MUST BE FIRST APPROVED BY THE HOST.
